This is a sale price on a set of Left and Right inner cowls for 47-55.1 chevy and Gmc trucks. Reg price is $100 plus shipping. Reg price on Kickpanels are $40 set plus shipping.
These are made in Titusville, PA (birthplace of the oil industry). USA. CNC cut in house , welded and finished raw steel. Made of 18g sheetmetal with precut holes for fenders.
*Every set I've used pretty much lined up with the holes. You may have to slightly move a hole or two, which is better than having to drill them all out like most aftermarket china made panels.
I also don't add the factory bead in the sides. For 1. there is really no need since these are plenty strong. 2. those beads are way overkill and are meant to line up with a factory beaded kickpanel. I designed these to be flat as you will have less area for water to get in. Speaking of weatherizing. I highly recommend a good DTM primer, then a paint or chassis saver, then seam seal all the seals and finally topcoat with Raptor liner or similar bed liner/undercoat. I do this on any build and use the same practice on any part of the cab, fenders etc.
Kick panels are flat and identical on each side, just mirrored. They are bare and you may have to cut some excess off. If keeping stock heater location, you'll need to cut that part out on pass side. 47-50 cabs had a vent on DS, so if you want that vent you'll have to cut hat slot and some other slots for your air. 51-55.1 cabs don't have that vent. Lastly minor tweaking on bottom made be needed. Such as, small 90 degree bend and a slight radius to fit the floor, bend it on you knee. You can add your own beads if you like.
